Jon is currently a full time student at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, expecting to graduate in 2008, and a full time Racecar Driver with BGB Motorsports out of Ormond Beach, FL. He balances studying with his passion for motorsports. When Jon is not driving or coaching at the racetrack, or in school, he trains by karting, cycling, mountain biking, playing tennis and soccer and going to the gym. Having lived most of his life in Florida; Jon loves driving and coaching at two of the most historic tracks in sports car racing history, Sebring and Daytona International Speedway.

His competitive auto racing career has seen Jon race and win in formula cars and sports cars alike, but he quickly decided to exclusively pursue his dream of racing and winning in the highest forms of sports car racing. With experience and success in several different classes of SCCA club competition, Jon began his professional sports car career in 2006 in the Grand Am Cup. For 2007, Jon raced for the season in Koni Challenge GS (formerly Grand Am Cup) with Automatic Racing in the #90 E46 BMW M3.

For the rest of 2008, Jon has switched teams and platforms. He will be driving a 997 Porsche Carrera for BGB Motorsports, continuing in his second full season of Koni Challenge competition. He will be codriving with former series champion, Craig Stanton in the #83 machine starting at round #2 of the Koni Challenge schedule, at Lime Rock Park.
